Terms of Use and Service

1. Who we are

PerfectText (the "Service", the "Platform") is a web application available at https://perfecttext.net that rewrites text supplied by the user so that it reads as natural human writing, while preserving its meaning, citations, figures and formatting. Where a detection provider is connected, the Service also measures the result and shows the score obtained. The Service is operated by MONETIZANDO TU PASION LTD (the "Company").

IMPORTANT: PerfectText is a private, independent service with no affiliation to any educational institution, publisher, certification body or provider of AI-detection tools. We do NOT promise that a rewritten text will pass any particular detection tool, now or in the future: those tools change continuously and no honest provider can guarantee such an outcome. You remain responsible for how you use the text you receive, including compliance with the rules of any institution to which you submit it.

2. The Service

You paste or upload your text, choose how much you want it changed, and the Platform rewrites it: it varies sentence rhythm and register and reorganises the wording, while a deterministic shielding stage keeps your citations, figures, dates, URLs and quoted passages byte-for-byte identical. If any protected element cannot be restored exactly, the job fails and nothing is delivered — we would rather return nothing than return a text with an altered reference.

• The rewritten text, in full, available to copy from your account.
• The semantic-similarity score between your original and the result, so you can see how much meaning was preserved.
• Where a detection provider is connected, the AI-probability score measured before and after the rewrite. If the measurement could not be taken, we say so and show no number.
• Access to your texts from your account at /mi-cuenta.

3. Accounts and access

Access to your personal area works with your email address, either with a password or with a single-use access link (magic link) sent to your inbox. You are responsible for the security of your email account and for the activity carried out through your account, and you agree to provide truthful information.

You declare that you are of legal age in your country of residence. The Service is not directed at minors and you must not use it on behalf of one.

4. Prices, trial and subscription

The Service is offered as an introductory trial followed by a subscription. The exact price, trial length and what is included are always shown on the checkout screen before you confirm payment. There are no hidden charges: recurring charges only arise from the subscription you expressly accept at checkout.

• Trial: a reduced one-off price (€0.69) gives you access to the Service for the trial period shown at checkout (7 day(s)).
• Subscription: unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically at the monthly price shown at checkout (€44.99 per month, including 200 texts a month) and renews every month until cancelled.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from your personal area (/mi-cuenta → account). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until that date and no further charges are made.
• Prices are charged in EUR. Applicable taxes, where any, are included in the price shown.

Payment is processed through Stripe's embedded checkout in an encrypted environment compliant with payment-industry security standards (PCI-DSS). Your card details are collected directly by Stripe; we only store provider identifiers or tokens, never your full card data.

5. Delivery of digital content

Once the rewrite is unlocked, the Company makes the full text available immediately in your account and, where applicable, by email. The Service consists of digital content only; nothing is physically shipped. Before unlocking, the result is held for a limited period shown on screen; if it is not unlocked within that period it is permanently deleted, together with the text you submitted.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Where consumer law grants you a withdrawal period for distance purchases, you acknowledge that by expressly requesting immediate access to the digital content — which you confirm with two separate, unticked checkboxes at checkout — you consent to immediate performance and that, once the text has been unlocked, you lose the right of withdrawal for that purchase. Both confirmations are required before payment can be completed.

Independently of the above, our Money-Back Policy (/legal/money-back) describes when we refund your purchase — in particular if the rewrite fails or comes back unusable. A refund does not automatically cancel your subscription: cancel it in one click from your account (/mi-cuenta) or ask us in the same email.

7. What we warrant, and what we do not

We warrant that the rewrite preserves the meaning of your text and leaves your citations, figures and formatting untouched, and that any score we display is the result of an actual measurement — never an estimate or a fixed value. We expressly do NOT warrant that the result will be classified as human-written by any specific detection tool, nor that it will be accepted by any institution. Those outcomes depend on third parties, on tools that change without notice, and on how you use the text.

8. Acceptable use

• Use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
• Only submit text you have the right to use and to have rewritten.
• Do not impersonate identities, forge documents or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not copy, resell or commercially exploit the Platform's software or content.
• You are solely responsible for the use you make of the text obtained, including compliance with the rules of any institution to which you submit it, and you will hold the Company harmless against third-party claims arising from that use.

9. Automated processing and liability

The rewrite and, where connected, the AI-probability measurement are automated and provided "as is" within a standard of reasonable care. They produce a text and a score; they make no decision about you and produce no legal effect on you. You may request human intervention regarding any result by writing to support@perfecttext.net.

The Company's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is capped at the amount you actually paid for the affected service. The Company is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or lost opportunity (for example, travel costs derived from a rejected document application). Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that consumer law does not allow to be waived.

10. Intellectual property and your texts

The Platform's software, technology, design, texts and trade marks (excluding the material you provide) are owned by the Company or its licensors. You retain ownership of the text you submit and of the rewritten result; you grant the Company only the limited licence needed to process and store it in order to provide the Service.

11. Data protection

The processing of your personal data — including any personal data contained in the text you submit — is governed by our Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy) and our Cookie Policy (/legal/cookies).

12. Changes, termination and general terms

The Company may amend these Terms, particularly for regulatory or technical changes, by publishing the current version with its update date; amendments apply to contracts made after publication. The Company may suspend or terminate access in the event of breach of these Terms or fraudulent or abusive use. If any provision is found void, the remainder stays in force. These Terms, the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. The English version prevails over any translation.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence, which remain unaffected.
