Subscription Policy

1. How the trial and the subscription work

• You pay a reduced one-off price (currently $0.99) that gives you access to the Service during the trial period shown at checkout (currently 7 days).
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically at the monthly price shown at checkout (currently $49.99/month, in USD).
• The subscription renews automatically every month on the same day, until you cancel.
• The exact prices, the trial length and what your plan includes are always displayed on the checkout screen before you confirm the payment — what you see there prevails over the examples on this page.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, in less than a minute, from your personal area: sign in at https://perfecttext.net/login, open your account section and press cancel. You can also ask us to cancel for you by writing to support@perfecttext.net from the email address of your account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep full access until that date and no further charges are made. We confirm every cancellation by email.

3. Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails, Stripe retries the payment automatically over the following days. If the payment cannot be completed, the subscription is suspended and no service is charged.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Money-Back Policy (/legal/money-back). Note that a refund does not automatically cancel the subscription: cancel it from your personal area or ask us at support@perfecttext.net.
