2. Purpose
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate photographs designed to meet the official requirements of identity documents, passports and visas of various countries, based on images provided by the user, including a downloadable print template.
3. Conditions of access and use
Browsing the website is free of charge except for your connection costs. Paid features are contracted under the Terms of Use and Service (/legal/terms). You agree to use the platform lawfully, without introducing malicious software, attempting unauthorised access, manipulating data or reproducing content without authorisation.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The software, design, texts, trade marks and other content of the website (excluding the images provided by the user) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Users retain ownership of their photographs.
5. Liability, links and independence
PerfectText is a private service with no affiliation to government bodies or document-issuing authorities, and offers no guarantee of official acceptance beyond what is described in the Terms. The Company accepts no responsibility for third-party sites reached through links or for temporary technical unavailability. Any third-party names or logos referenced serve descriptive purposes only.
6. Data protection and applicable law
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy) and the Cookie Policy (/legal/cookies). This notice is governed by the laws of Cyprus, subject to the mandatory consumer protections of the user's country of residence.
